Short answer
Build the Conduit around its exact trigger text and verify the result in the placement preview before committing the tile. The reliable workflow is to satisfy the named requirement, keep every object inside the stated range or relationship, and test one variable at a time when the preview does not change.
Verification workflow
- 01
Start from the current Conduit card text. Do not infer a trigger from the building name or from an old screenshot.
- 02
Place the required source object first, then the Conduit, and inspect the preview before adding decorative or unrelated buildings.
- 03
Keep the tested objects within the stated legal relationship; a visually adjacent tile can still be outside a range rule.
- 04
If it fails, rebuild with a blank surrounding area. This isolates terrain, ownership, upgrade state, and range errors.
This note separates what public sources establish from what should be checked in the current game build. Do not turn an old Demo screenshot or a community recipe into an exact current requirement.
